You might not know this, but the vast majority of passengers on any commercial flight, anywhere in the world, have a fear of flying. Some feel just a hint of anxiety, others feel pure terror; some show it, while others hide it well.
Let’s face it: being stuck inside a sealed tube traveling at insane speeds, suspended miles above the dear, familiar ground—without knowing what’s happening at every tiny noise or bump, and with zero control over the situation—can be a very unpleasant feeling.
In my opinion, books and courses that just rattle off safety statistics or dive into psychological theories don't help much. On this blog, you’ll find a different approach: I’ll try to explain the world of aviation in a very simple way.
